Electrical Engineering

This master’s programme at TU Delft is especially strong in areas like research, technology and research-by-design.

At TU Delft, the MSc programme in Electrical Engineering equips you with both fundamental knowledge and practical skills to become a creative and independent engineer ready to tackle global challenges, ranging from health to space. The programme spans the full spectrum of the field: from developing reliable and sustainable power systems, to designing microelectronics for faster, smarter, and more energy-efficient devices, to advancing signal processing, networks, and sensing technologies that support smart infrastructure and connected societies.

Our master’s students get the possibility to carry out cutting-edge research in state-of-the-art research facilities such as the EKL, PV LAB and the ESP lab. The TU Delft has strong links with industry and many of our students carry out their thesis projects in collaboration with high tech companies.
